Floral and sweetly scented Reminiscent of thyme and oregano, with its slightly citrusy notes, marjoram brings a little more sweetness and earthy flavour. Delicious stirred into homemade pasta sauces, sprinkled over pizzas or added to lamb dishes. Its best added at the end of cooking, to preserve its delicate flavour.
